About the property
Highly equipped and furnished villa with private swimming pool located in a very quiet, natural surrounding. The spacious interiors with modern design. Outdoor sauna, children playground, Jacuzzi, billiard table and Dobsonian telescope will make your stay perfect.
Beautiful peaceful environment with great privacy. A beautiful view of the mountains and the unforgettable sound of birds from the forest. Deep sky Skywatcher dobsonian telescope will perfectly match with unforgettable unpolluted sky above your head.
The open concept living space encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area with tasteful chandelier. Living room, comfortable sofa that is a great place to relax with a smart flat-screen TV (146 cm) with satellite TV , Netflix and Playstation 4. In case you are not the fan of TV, you can just relax for after dinner conversation.

Poll deck is over 500 sq. meter in size .Lavish size pool deck await to comfort you for afternoon nap or just to chill out.
The pool is 32 meters square, jacuzzi is for 8 people. The pool is automatically filtered so you are safe and carefree.
Next to the pool there is a children's park, a billiard table,trampoline and sauna.
For BBQ fans, BBQ is located just next to the pool area. In addition, yes it is a perfect for outdoor dinner on warm summer nights.
The villa and the garden with all amenities are available only for our guests.
The fresh air and surrounding nature lets you relax and enjoy your stay. The Villa is perfect for everyone who wants a luxury taste of the Croatian Mediterranean.
We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will PROMPTLY respond & repair.
Villa is located a bit uphill so car is recommended.
We are not in the center of town.
If you need some other kind of arrangements (trip, outdoor activity, etc.) let me know and I'll do my best to help you.
